Hence our life has three facets , physical, mental and spiritual.
Spirituality is not a utopian ideal but a practical philosophy which can be practised and realized in day today life, however mundane it be, says shri PR Sarkar. Further, Spirituality accelerates pace of evolution. The meaning of evolution has changed in we humans. We are a being with clear and distinct I-feeling. I-feeling is something mental. We grow with mind. When mind expands, sense of self enlarges, social boundaries expands. We become more connected, confident, empathetic and cooperative. This is not faith based rather evidence based supported by an impressive number of studies by experts in respective fields.
The idea of universal brotherhood cropped in the mind of sages and seers. But lack of connectivity on physical level as well as at mental level of the people at that time posed problems in creating powerful collective psychological environment for establishing universal spirit based society.
The development in the field of science and technology helped in better understanding of spiritual science. But we don’t know how to use them. However this doesn’t mean it’s impossible. We can learn to do it. The knowledge is accessible.

To ease the situation a new strategy, regional approach and universal spirit can help attainment of regional self sufficiency and global spirit will help in making people more cooperative and living like the members of a big family.
