Baba’s Story – Sanska’ra (बात उन दिनों की है)

वर्ष 1968, रांची।
बाबा के साथ खेतों की सैर।
उस दिन परम पुरुष बाबा के साथ जुड़ने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त करने वाला छोटा सा दल – और फिर बाबा ने मुझे (डॉ. डी) दूर एक पेड़ की ओर चलने को कहा जो रास्ते के किनारे था। बाबा के निर्देशानुसार, मैं पेड़ के पास चला गया। पेड़ के नीचे ही पानी का एक छोटा सा तालाब था। तब बाबा ने मेरी ओर देखा और पूछा, ‘क्या तुमने उस पोखर में कुछ देखा? हाँ बाबा, मैंने देखा कि उस पोखर में सात बड़ी काली चींटियाँ तैर रही थीं। सभी सात काली चींटियों के सिर बड़े थे और उनके शरीर से एक पतले, पतले, धागे से जुड़ा हुआ था। वे चींटियाँ बेजान होकर तैर रही थीं। बाबा ने उत्तर दिया, ‘बहुत अच्छा’। बाबा ने बताया कि बहुत पहले सबसे छोटा चचेरा भाई अपनी बुज़ुर्ग माँ के साथ रहता था। उसके पिता की पहले ही मृत्यु हो चुकी थी। लेकिन मृतक पिता के 4 भाई थे जिनके भी बच्चे थे और वे बच्चे (7) उस लड़के के चचेरे भाई थे।
उस अकाल के दौरान, सभी चचेरे भाइयों के बीच ज़मीन का विवाद छिड़ गया। लालच में, कई चचेरे भाई इस बात से ईर्ष्या करने लगे कि जिस छोटे लड़के के पिता की मृत्यु हो गई है, उसे अपने पिता की पूरी संपत्ति मिल जाएगी। इसलिए उन नापाक चचेरे भाइयों ने फैसला किया कि अगर वे उस अकेले चचेरे भाई को मार देंगे जिसके पिता की मृत्यु हो गई है, तो वे सभी ज़मीन का एक बड़ा हिस्सा विरासत में पाएँगे। उन्होंने इस तरह से सोचना और साजिश करना शुरू कर दिया। और अपनी योजना को अंजाम देने का फैसला किया।
तो, एक अंधेरी रात में, जब कोई भी आसपास नहीं था, उन 7 दुष्ट चचेरे भाइयों ने उस अकेले चचेरे भाई को घेर लिया, जिसके पिता की मृत्यु हो गई थी, और उन्होंने बेरहमी से उसकी गर्दन मरोड़ दी और उसे मार डाला। फिर अंधेरी रात में, वे लड़के के बेजान शरीर को एक पुल पर ले गए। और उन्होंने लड़के के शरीर के चारों ओर पत्थर और चट्टानें बाँध दीं और उन्होंने मृत लड़के को पुल से नीचे फेंक दिया और उसके बेजान शरीर को नीचे बड़ी नदी में डुबो दिया। क्योंकि सभी पत्थर मृत लड़के के चारों ओर बंधे थे, इसलिए उसका शरीर नदी की गहराई में रह गया।
इस जघन्य अपराध का कोई भी गवाह नहीं था। लड़का गायब था और कोई नहीं जानता था कि क्यों। न तो पुलिस रहस्य को सुलझा पाई, न ही स्थानीय मजिस्ट्रेट, न ही कोई गाँव का अधिकारी – कोई भी नहीं। तब बाबा ने समझाना शुरू किया कि यद्यपि कोई भी पुलिस जासूस या गाँव का अधिकारी अपराध को सुलझा नहीं सका, फिर भी परम पुरुष और परम प्रकृति अपराध के बारे में पूरी तरह से जानते थे। और उनके संस्कार सिद्धांत के माध्यम से, परम प्रकृति न्याय देने के लिए तैयार थी।
बाबा ने आगे बताया कि पानी के छोटे से तालाब में डूबी सात काली चींटियाँ दरअसल वे सात पापी चचेरे भाई थे जिन्होंने उस अंधेरी रात में उस लड़के की हत्या करके उसे डुबो दिया था। बाबा ने कहा कि उनके जघन्य कृत्य के कारण उनका पुनर्जन्म काली चींटियों के रूप में हुआ है। और बाबा ने यह भी भविष्यवाणी की थी कि वे पापी चचेरे भाई भविष्य में विभिन्न कीड़ों और कीड़ों आदि के रूप में लाखों जानवरों के जीवन की यातनाओं से गुजरेंगे। और इसी दोपहर, जब काली चींटियाँ एक पेड़ के नीचे चल रही थीं। अचानक, एक गाँव का किसान मासूमियत से प्रकृति की पुकार के साथ वहाँ चला आया और उसी पेड़ के नीचे पेशाब करने लगा जहाँ चींटियाँ चल रही थीं। वे सात काली चींटियाँ उस मूत्र में डूब गईं। सात काली चींटियाँ वे सात पापी चचेरे भाई थे और पेशाब करने वाला गाँव का किसान वह छोटा लड़का था जिसे उन पापी चचेरे भाइयों ने कई युगों पहले मारकर डुबो दिया था। यह परमा प्रकृति और संस्कार सिद्धांत का काम करने का तरीका है – यह सब बाबा द्वारा बताया गया है। (सौजन्य – आनंदमार्ग यूनिवर्सल ईमेल नेटवर्क)

The small entourage that had been fortunate to join Parama Purusa BABA that day – and then BABA asked me (Dr. D) to walk way off towards a far distant tree that was along the pathway. As per Baba’s instruction, I walked to the tree. underneath the tree itself there was a small pool of water. Then Baba looked at me and asked, ‘Did you see anything in the puddle itself? Yes BABA, I noticed that there were seven large black ants floating in that puddle. All seven black ants were with large heads and were connected to their body by one thin, spindly, thread. Those ants were just floating lifelessly.
Baba responded, ‘Very good’. BABA told that long, long ago there was a famine going on in northern Bihar in Sasharam district. And in that district, there was a joint family of many cousins who were living together on their paternal property. The youngest cousin lived with his elderly mother. His father had already died. But the deceased father had 4 brothers who also had children and those children (7 nos) were the cousins of that boy.

During that famine, a land dispute erupted amongst all the cousins. In their greed, the many cousins became jealous that the young boy whose father had died would inherit his father’s entire share of the property. So those nefarious cousins decided that if they were to kill the lone cousin whose father had died, then they would all inherit a greater parcel of land. They began thinking and plotting in this way. And decided to execute their plan.

So, one dark night, when no one was around, those 7 sinister cousins cornered that lone cousin, whose father had died, and they ruthlessly twisted his neck and killed him. Then in the dark night, they took the boy’s lifeless body onto one bridge. And they tied stones and rocks around the boy’s body and they hurled the dead boy off the bridge and his lifeless body plunged in the large river down below. Because all the rocks were tied around the dead boy, his body remained down in the depths of the river.

Not a soul was witness to the dastardly crime. The boy was missing and no one knew why. Neither the police could solve the mystery, nor the local magistrate, nor any village authority – not anyone. Then BABA began to explain that although no police detective or village authority could solve the crime, even then Parama Purusa and parama prakrti were fully aware of the crime. And through HIS samskara theory, Parama prakrti was ready to deliver justice.

BABA went on to explain that the seven black ants that had drowned in the small pool of water were in fact those seven sinister cousins who had murdered and drowned that boy on that dark night. BABA said that because of their heinous act they had been reborn as black ants. And Baba also foretold that those sinister cousins would pass future lives through the tortures of millions of animal lives as various insects and bugs etc. And on this very afternoon, as black ants were walking beneath one tree. All of a sudden, one village farmer innocently walked there with nature call and proceeded to pass urine under that very tree where ants were walking. Those seven black ants drowned in that urine. The seven black ants were those seven sinister cousins and the village farmer who urinated was the young boy whom those sinister cousins had murdered and drowned all those ages ago.
