A more nuanced understanding based perspective for defining cells to explain the complexity of human behavior and growth potential, has been envisioned by Shri PRSarkar(Ananda Murti). As the traditional scientific approach proved ineffective in addressing many problems responsible for increasing stress, alienation and conflict in connected world. It’s not possible to live life as designed without understanding it. So exquisitely it has been designed.
Bio-Psychology, is the new perspective in which cells have been redefined as having mind and I-feeling also. They are of different types. What is called mind is collective mind and I-feeling is also collective.
The necessity arose because of shift in the process of evolution from biological to mental level. Cells make what are we. We are a metazoan with clear and distinct I-feeling.I-feeling is something mental. Some other species also have I-feeling but they are guided by instinct. Whereas humans have more developed mind and brain to be able to evolve much faster than their closer relatives, primates.
But one question remains to be answered. Who am I? Even though it’s possible to survive and thrive to some extent even without knowing oneself but not like true human beings. More so because it’s not impossible to do this. We have such ability and access to informations also. What is more startling about we humans is that we have inbuilt reward system. When we engage ourselves in such activities we feel delighted.
It is the mattercentric culture and values making mind overly extroversive does not help in inner journey.
To deepen the perception thought regulated breathing can help. Ista Mantra addresses the question “Who am I”. When breathing is regulated with ideation of meaningful rythmic mantra, the perception of self (Identity) keeps deepening. We become different with each thought synchronized with.
Rythmic breathing pattern. Mantra is meaningful vibration. It is energy with direction, hence change medium. It’s powerful resonating wave pattern reshapes the mind, brain, nerves and glands and makes us feel what really are and behave accordingly.
Ista Mantra is a suggestion. It suggests, ” this is your identity” with each breath.
We are all divine beings, macro in miniature. But as, we know everything through learning. The focus should be on knowing one’s true self also, as one’s limitations and capabilities are defined by what we think we are, our identity.
The future of humanity depends on one’s sense of identity. The Ista Mantra based approach been given in response to the urgent need of the situation. Present humans are poised for giant evolutionary leap forwad, blurred view of self is the greatest hurdle.
Reclaiming the Divine Blueprint: How Bio-Psychology and the Ista Mantra Redefine the Next Evolutionary Leap
Humanity stands at a critical juncture. Despite hyper-connectivity and technological mastery, modern society faces an unprecedented epidemic of alienation, chronic stress, and existential drift. The traditional scientific paradigm—predominantly reductionist and matter-centric—views human life as an accidental byproduct of biological mechanics. This externalized focus leaves modern individuals chasing ephemeral pleasures while missing the fundamental design of their existence. As evolutionary dynamics shift from physical adaptation to mental and spiritual expansion, a revolutionary framework is required to answer the ultimate question: Who am I?
The Limits of Materialism and the Bio-Psychological Pivot
For centuries, biology treated cells merely as structural building blocks governed by chemical reactions. However, Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar (Ananda Murti) introduced a groundbreaking perspective known as Bio-Psychology. Sarkar redefined cells as individual units possessing micro-minds and elemental “I-feelings.” In a complex metazoan like a human being, individual cellular consciousnesses merge into a collective mind and a unified ego-sense.
While primates remain bound by instinct, humans possess a sophisticated brain-mind structure designed for rapid self-directed evolution. Modern neurobiology increasingly aligns with this holistic view. Nobel laureate Sir John Eccles long argued that conscious mind acts on the neural architecture of the brain, suggesting that subjective awareness is not a mere physiological byproduct, but an active force. When matter-centric cultures force human awareness outward, this intricate system experiences disharmony.
”We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual experiences having a human being.”
— Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, The Phenomenon of Man
The Architecture of Transformation: Ideation and Resonance

The human nervous system possesses an inbuilt reward mechanism: an innate delight unlocked when engaging in self-realization. Yet, breaking free from sensory distractions requires more than willpower; it demands systemic neuro-glandular recalibration.
This recalibration is achieved through the integration of Ista Mantra with thought-regulated breathing. A mantra is not merely a word; it is a structured vibrational energy—a resonant wave pattern carrying specific direction. When synchronized with the natural rhythm of breath:
Neuro-Glandular Reshaping: The acoustic and ideational vibrations alter brainwave states, calm the autonomic nervous system, and balance endocrine secretions.
Cognitive Alignment: Every breath carries a subtle auto-suggestion, systematically stripping away artificial identities and asserting macrocosmic origin.
Perceptual Deepening: The mind transitions from sensory agitation to profound inner quietude, shifting the sense of self from the finite micro-ego to the infinite Macrocosm.
”You are what your deepest desire is. As your desire is, so is your intention. As your intention is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is, so is your destiny.”
— Brihadaranyaka Upanishad
