We are so much different from other species, yet stressed, alienated by indulging in activities which is ultimately going to harm life on earth. We are stressed in personal life, social life, many species have become instinct ecological balance is disturbed all these need urgent attention. Ignoring these people are fighting for petty gains.
Gut-brain connection defines the way life is to be lived. Human existence has a great purpose beyond eating, sleeping, procreating called Human Dharma. Gut helps in sustaining and brain in achieving self-determined goals. Gut-brain connection support this.
The biochemical dialogue that occurs between the brain, digestive tract and trillions of bacteria residing in the gut profoundly impacts our life, social behavior, decision making, emotional well-being and using it’s neuronal network dubbed as enteric nervous system(ENT) .Many chemicals which the brain uses are prepared in the gut.
All diseases start in the gut, but the reverse is also true when we are stressed and depressed, digestion gets affected.
Two things have emerged through an impressive number of studies. The findings suggest that we must be particular about what to eat, the gap between two meals and also about how to finally use the energy in achieving what we have been designed.

The study shows when the gap between two meals is increased beyond certain limit, the process of recycling, removal, and regeneration at a cellular level sets in, Dr. Yoshinori Ohsumi. When this does not happen the rotting food in the intestine forms toxins and causes fatigue, brain fog, skin blemishes, fatty lever and inflammation in the body. The autophagy process activates the cleansing crew. This is urgently required in our lives as this is causing myriad problems.
The proverbial saying we are what we eat is only partly true. How we live life, thought pattern is not less crucial. Removal of cellular garbage is not enough. Mental garbage has to be removed because ultimately mind uses body particularly in we humans.
A new perspective envisioned by P R Sarkar (Ananda Murti) emphasizes the need for switching over to balanced Pabula. This way alone we can live life in true sense to peak potential. Overfeeding gut and starving the spirit turns us veritably into animals in human body.
We grow with mind. Some thoughts expand the arena of mind. Such thoughts are called subjectivated Pabula. Some meditative practices help in expanding the mind. Whereas stimulus bound thoughts are objectivated Pabula. Which does not help in mental expansion. When we eat right and indulge in expansive thoughts the energy produced by the body is properly utilized. Our body produces more energy than the body’s needs to be used by the brain. Which consumes around thirty percent of the total energy produced. That’s why we keep thinking. We can use that in mental and spiritual development and evolve much faster by streamlining our thought process. Which we are not doing. To wake up the people Shri P R Sarkar (Ananda Murti). He has conceived a new ethics for all round well-being of humans. This lays emphasis on both intake and utilization (balanced Pabula), nourishing food and expansive thoughts.
