Master Unit is a  holistic model(Project) of Socio-Economic Development based on integral development activities of agriculture, agro-industries, education, dairy, poultry, fisheries, forestry etc., an environment friendly eco-system to cater the needs of society on co-ordinated co-operative system. It is a PROUTIST MODEL of DEVELOPMENT PROJECT to inspire and facilitate the mass for eco-friendly sustainable model of self-sufficiency programs which would ensure the economic viability to individuals by increasing their purchasing capacity and enhanced standard of living and would help thereby increase in the collective wealth of the society. It is a solution model project to protect the rights of individuals “to live and grow” and help develop the inherent potentialities of individuals and society(communities) to help establish a just human society by encouraging the sentiment of Universal Humanism and by utilising the resources and skills of the local population. It is a program which helps empower the individuals to make them available of the opportunities of employment to express themselves to secure their sustenance and work with their fullest capacities with the intent of promoting the welfare of one and all.

A Neo-Humanist Society must be free from all sorts of dogma and exploitation at all the levels of human expressions. No individual should have the negative/materialistic mindset of dominating over others or exploiting others for his/her own selfish ends; rather those who are deprived, subjugated and exploited individuals they must enjoy the essential amenities of life and freedom to think universally and act locally thereby to utilise his/her potentials for all so as to establish a just human society. ‘Love for all’, is the guiding principle of a Neo-Humanist Society. It is not only for humans by humans, but also for animals and plants, for all the created beings. Neo-Humanism advocates the universal oneness of all because each and every phenomenal creation is the veritable expression of the Supreme Consciousness(Parama Purus’a) and thereby there is a bond of love for each other.

Neo-Humanism does not recognise casteism, communalism, religious sentiments, illogical ideas, Geo-, socio- and pseudo-human sentiments, i.e. predominance of a particular group on others in order to exploit the weaker sections of society or countries. It advocates to follow Yama and Niyama as mandatory principles (cardinal human values) in order to maintain mental purity and consolidate friendly social relationships. Moreover, it emphasises on the mandatory practice of spiritual practices which are to be adopted in individual life as a Cult, as a Principle and ultimately as a Mission to have greater expanded awareness and vision which further helps in unfolding the mysteries of spiritual realization, the Supreme Oneness within.

The principle of ‘Neo-Humanism’ awakens in man the dormant ideational faculties of the Supreme Consciousness, the all- pervasiveness and witness-ship of Purus’ottama (Parama Purus’a). It does not recognise any sorts of ‘isms’ and narrow sentimentalities except universalism and facilitate Socio-economic transformation in the society based on the Principles of PROUT by the way of the Samaj Movement (formation and development of Sama’jas). The different Sama’ja would merge into its neighbouring samaja successively after achieving the similar Socio-economic status and become one.The separate existence of Socio-economic units (Sama’jas) will be maintained till the adjoining Samaj achieves and maintains the same Socio-economic status of advancement before its merger.  Sama’ja is a dynamic concept of Socio-economic development as a Socio-economic unit and its progressive and mutual merger into one other will ensure the expanding nature into a bigger Sama’ja which would turn into a global Socio-economic Zone or one global Socio-economic Order or a World Government ultimately.

Thus the development of the Master Unit will ensure to facilitate the establishment of a just Neo-Humanist Society successively and progressively through the development of Socio-economic units (Samajas). Let us develop the Master Unit to establish a Neo-Humanist World Order.
