AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF RENAISSANCE UNIVERSAL

  1. To propagate the values of Neo-Humanism; to develop means and measures for the welfare of all living entities and provide to all the peoples of the world full scope for supreme fulfillment.
  2. To create a common forum for the moralists of the world, irrespective of their socio-politico-religious affiliations.
  3. To mobilize the moralist forces to fight against parochialism, communalism, corruption, hypocrisy, cultural despicabilities and anything that is detrimental to the collective progress.
  4. To educate and enlighten the individual and collective mind concerning the dreadful consequences of narrow and fissiparous philosophies and help people imbibe the holistic and universal values of Neo-Humanism.
  5. To create congenial conditions for people to develop their higher and nobler faculties.
  6. To harness the psycho-spiritual potentialities of the plants, animals and human beings and take care of the environment.
  7. To encourage research in all aspects of human thought: cosmology and origin of life, ecology and meteorology, music and art, and in general on all topics of relevance to society.
  8. To facilitate maximum utilization and rational distribution of the resources of our planet to meet the needs of the global family.
  9. To encourage creative and value-based art, architecture, sculpture, music, dance, drama and literature through R.A.W.A. (Renaissance Artists and Writers Associations).
  10. To extend patronage to creative and poor artists, musicians and litterateurs for the unhindered unfoldment of their potentialities.
  11. To encourage the application of philosophy, art, literature and scientific innovation for all around collective welfare.
  12. To work for the harmonious, consistent and progressive development of all the facets of human life: physical, mental and spiritual.
  13. To oppose all dogmatism, hypocrisy and compartmentalization prevailing in the present society.
  14. To work for the establishment of neo-humanistic fraternity
  15. To exert and expand all its resources for the cause of peace, universal fraternity, and social security.
  16. To collect and raise funds from institutions and members of the society, for promoting the welfare of all people, irrespective of distinctions such as caste, creed, color, religion or nationality.
  17. To open art exhibitions, art galleries, and music academies with the help of R.A.W.A.
  18. To organize drama clubs, and promote theater, opera, ballet, and dance.
  19. To create pension funds for old age artists and writers in distress. This may be carried out through a Board of Trustees, by raising funds from sympathizers of arts and artists, as well as through government grants.
  20. To create a Distress Relief Fund for sudden unfortunate predicaments, and for granting loans to artists at a nominal rate of interest.
