It is said that the ideal human life follows “Subjective Approach with Objective Adjustment.” It signifies the consistent spiritual practices to help the mind to grow in magnitude with expanded awareness while maintaining a happy adjustment with worldly affairs. This is, in fact, a great challenge before humans as it rarely happens.
The life of humans is full of expectations. Everyone expects something from someone and desires to get it in the right perspective without delivering the same to others. It is because one does not learn how to cope with the expectations of others. Unless one has proper understanding of others’ needs and knows how to respect others’ opinions one cannot justify one’s own fulfilment in the practical life.
Human relations with fellow colleagues become vulnerable when there is a lack of mutual understanding. Understanding implies to know the mind of others, respect it and co-operate in fulfilling if it is viable (in his/ her welfare). It is very essential to maintain human relations in all spheres. It is equally important at a larger spectrum to maintain relations in bilateral or multi- lateral relationships among nations diplomatically as well as commercially. That is the reason why MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) is signed into diplomatic and business relationships. In personal and family life, too, a set of proper understanding is essentially required.
Understanding in personal and social life leads to a better world of peace and harmony which is badly required in the fragile human relationships as of today. So let’s grow our mind in the vast magnitude of dimension to understand the truth of life and human relationships.
